I have been volunteering with the local Humane Society since they first opened over 35 years ago. I have always had a great love for animals, so when there was a need for someone to care for the wildlife brought into the facility, I began studying how to care for the different species. I then tested and became the the only state and federally licensed rehabber in the area. I still work with the Humane Society as well as Fish and Game, US Fish and Wildlife, the Police Department and Animal Control. I also work with a network of rehabbers across the state of Arizona and neighboring states of California and Nevada.
