Baby animals need help, yes. But so do the injured adults- that’s where I can’t ever say no. I’m a veterinary technician by profession and a former zookeeper so I have worked with animals for over 20 years. I believe they deserve a chance. So I will take the time to give a baby animal or sick/ injured animal a chance and work with it. Rehabbing an animal to where you can watch something regain the ability to fly or jump just be free is the best feeling. I do it because it’s where I can help. Wildlife has always had a piece of my heart and I will always help to the best of my ability any creature in need.
