This incubator campaign was for the TLC-40 Eco Series II Baby Warm model

$650 of $650 raised

I am training to be an at-home rehabilitator for hummingbirds of all ages. I've had a lifelong fascination for these gorgeous little birds that beautify our world. I also appreciate them for their role as pollinators in our landscapes. Earlier this year I met a hummingbird rehabber with several years of experience. She has been teaching me everything she knows about rehabbing. My training has made me aware of some of the hazards hummers face every day. I am pleased to be able to help them recover from trouble, to survive and thrive. In my area the next hummingbird nesting season will begin in about 6 months by which time I will be qualified to rehab nestlings. An incubator will be essential to my success in working with the youngest, most fragile hummingbirds as they must be kept consistently warm.
