Before beginning my career as an Art Educator I worked full-time at several Veterinary Hospitals as a Vet assistant for 15 years. Even during my education to become a teacher I worked at animal hospitals. I became a wildlife rehabilitator because of my love for animals both small and large. In some way I want to marry the two careers one day by creating an aviary for use as an artist retreat and for educational observations. I dream of homing the nonreleasable species and use them for educational purposes. This is my dream for the future. My orphaned wildlife would definitely benefit by receiving an incubator.
