As long as I can remember I have been rescuing critters from kittens to hit by car turtles but 3 years ago I found a deceased mama opossum with babies in her pouch. I called so many who were listed as rehabbing but couldn’t find anyone to take them. Finally I met a rehabber and she not only took them, but took time to teach me how to tube feed and care for them. She convinced me to take the test to become licensed so I was able to help more with increased resources at my side. Over the last 3 years I have learned so much and I am now able to take in and care for many species. All these little feet leave the biggest footprints on my heart
