I have dreamed of becoming a wildlife rehabber for years! I have a huge passion to care for injured and orphaned animals. I have been currently training under a licensed rehabber. I feel like all animals deserve a chance to live and be released back into their natural habitat. It breaks my heart that so much land development is harming our wildlife’s habitat. I am trying to get all my cages and incubators in place to become licensed myself. I have been told that I am a natural when it comes to caring for these precious animals. I have learned to successfully tube feed baby Opossums. Where I live, there is only a few people who can do this. I would be able to help them tremendously. I think it’s imperative to have more licensed rehabbers!
