I love animals, period. I especially love birds and have rescued birds since childhood with my mother to thank. She taught me to care for all animals and I've taken that to heart now as a licensed rehabilitator. She had a love for anything squirrels and rabbits and now I've had the opportunity to save many this year alone. I believe she is watching me from heaven with pure joy as I feed the babies and release them healthy into the wild where they belong. This is the best, hardest job I've ever had and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's pure joy! An incubator will really help me next spring with the baby bird, squirrel and bunny season.
