How will this additional incubator help?
This year, Humane Indiana Wildlife has experienced a 40% increase in patients over last year. With so many orphans coming into care, many of them between 1-3 weeks of age, additional incubators will help to ensure that they have the best chance of maintaining sufficient body temperature during care. Our incubators are utilized for young songbirds, birds of prey, waterfowl, and young mammals of over 15 different species.
