Since I can remember I have always wanted to save every animal that needed it. I started with bunnies in 2018 as a breeder for 4H/FFA kids in school. I retired from that after 5 years to focus on my full time job and my daughter. I met our licensee in June and onboarded with them as a permitted rehabber. Saving little lives has been a gift I have had since I was a child. Being a rehabber allows for me to do what I love outside of my full time job without having to meet the demands of families wanting a pet. I did estimate my yearly amount of animals. Since I have started rehabbing I have had ~7 babies of any species at one time. Doing that for 12 months came to about 84 so I settled on 75. I have make shift incubators right now, which work fine. But it would be nice to have an incubator that is actually designed for the neonatal babies I care for.
