My dream through high school was to create a animal sanctuary for wildlife that can't be released due to permanent injuries or ailments. Once I became of age I got in contact with a Department of Fish & Game biologist, who directed me to contact a local rehabber. After talking I started volunteering for her as becoming a rehabber is a major stepping stone in achieving my goal. I've been volunteering for her for a year now. I've seen how desperate the state of NH is for rehabbers, so i decided to become one a smaller scale to aid to abundance of orphaned wildlife. I wouldn't give up anything for the experiences I've had this past year, and I'm excited to see what comes next.
