Chelsea C.
Like most rehabbers, Chelsea has always been drawn to the animal field. It started with a love of reptiles and amphibians and turned into multiple internships at local wildlife rescues. She has been incredibly lucky with the amount of help and direction she has been given by an amazing network of extremely informative animal experts. Chelsea now cares for raccoons, bats, opossums, squirrels, rabbits, fawns, chipmunks, groundhogs, skunks, foxes, turtles, snakes, frogs, toads, salamanders, lizards, songbirds, owls, hawks, vultures, osprey, and crows. Eventually Chelsea hopes to have a facility of her own in Maryland, and to get an educational license in order to keep those animals that may be deemed unreleasable. She says that Steve Irwin started her passion for wildlife and hopefully she can start someone else's.
