Trista's friend has been rehabilitating wildlife for years and it was clear there was a shortage of wildlife rehabbers in their area. Trista became interested in becoming a homecare rehabber herself, but when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, the situation became urgent. She stepped up and cared for baby squirrels during the hurricane, and she has continued helping them ever since. We're always so happy to meet rehabbers just starting out, with hopefully many years of saving wild lives to come. Let's get Trista the incubator she needs for the most fragile babies.
