Eric has been in the pet rescue business for 15 years and has been devoted to helping animals in need. A couple of years ago, a friend introduced him to Pelican Harbor Seabird Station and he began to think of rehabbing animals as more than just a hobby. Eric now cares for injured and orphaned opossums, squirrels and cottontail rabbits, often bringing orphans home when the rehabilitation center is full to capacity, thus the need for an incubator. He says that his passion for rehabbing grows with every new life that is brought to the facility.
