Tracie Y.
This incubator campaign was for the TLC-40 Eco Baby Warm Extra model
Tracie's life was forever changed by haunting images of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill wildlife victims. She vowed to be a part of helping the innocent animals but since only certified wildlife rehabilitators were allowed, she made that her mission -- to become a rehabber and a force of change in the world, one animal at a time. Thanks to her mentor Teresa Deckard of Bird Refuge of York County and Peggy Hentz at Red Creek Wildlife Center, Tracie now has her own rehab center - Raven Ridge Wildlife Center - where she assists bunnies, otters, opossum, chipmunks, squirrels and lots of other critters in need, and she's hoping to expand to help raptors and other animals as well. We love Tracie's story as it shows what one person can do to make a difference. So many people saw images of the oil spill animals and were sad but did nothing. Tracie stood up and got to work!
