Teja A.
This incubator campaign was for the TLC-40 Eco Baby Warm Extra model
Teja grew up on a farm in Vermont and was always around animals as her family took in wild and domestic and strays. Life took her to NY for an acting career then when she moved to New Jersey with her family, she read an article about the shortage of rehabbers in her area. Teja apprenticed with Melissa Jacobs and soon realized that she had a knack for baby wild rabbits. Over the past 12 years she has rehabbed over 2000 of them with an 85% success rate -- earning the title Bunny Lady and Bunny Healer on Twitter. In addition to helping the bunnies, Teja rescues chipmunks, mice, squirrels, and the occasional raccoon or possum. In her spare time, she makes jewelry from sea glass to help pay for her rehabbing supplies.
