Jocelyn's grandmother worked with elephants and chimps, and her parents have been rehabbers for as long as she can remember. After growing up surrounded by animals and animal caregivers, it's no wonder Jocelyn decided to get licensed as a rehabber as soon as she was old enough. She now helps opossums, squirrels, bunnies, groundhogs, reptiles and any other native wildlife that needs a helping hand. When she's not at college studying to become a teacher, or helping orphaned baby native animals, she also helps out at her family's animal sanctuary that's currently home to over 60 animals. It's so important to Jocelyn not just to help all animals in need but also to share her compassion and understanding with others to help make the world a better place.
