Patricia's husband's friend found an orphaned baby squirrel and took it to work with the intention of turning it over to the veterinary school at UGA. Knowing that the school sometimes puts babies down if there is a shortage of overnight caregivers, Patricia's husband brought the baby home for Patricia to save. And she did. That was all it took and she has been saving wildlife ever since - squirrels, opossums, rabbits and rodents. When Patricia's hands aren't full of orphaned wildlife babies, she also makes bonding pouches for small animal pets.
