This past summer during a severe drought, there were so many orphaned babies in her area that needed help. Other than Lisa's experience as a child trying to save animals, she didn't really know anything about rehabilitating baby squirrels but was willing to learn. Under the guidance of wildlife rehabber (and friend of Baby Warm!) Tobie Hill, Lisa learned how to care for squirrels and flying squirrels. As an empty nester, and no longer able to work outside the home due to a health issue, Lisa has found joy in saving orphaned wildlife.
