Sherri S.
Sherri is a mother of 4 beautiful children, 2 of which are in the military, one currently deployed. She has been homeschooling her daughters for several years and her youngest daughter's passion is animals, just like mom. They found Nature World Wildlife Rescue and have been volunteering every free moment to help injured, sick and abandoned wildlife. Sherri cares for opossums, squirrels and baby birds currently at her home under the direction and advisement of Nature World Wildlife. Sherri was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and RA but has found that working with the animals is the best medicine ever. They make her happy and for a moment she forgets about her issues. She says that she gets to care for an animal that gives sunshine back. Learning to care for orphaned wildlife has been a wonderful adventure and the best part is that she gets to experience it with her daughter as she works toward becoming a vet tech.
