Wendy helped 3 orphaned squirrels about 10 years ago. After that, people contacted her with other baby squirrels in need of assistance. Word travels fast. She really enjoyed it and did as much research as possible to do the best for the babies that she could. This year, there was an abundance of orphaned baby bunnies. Wendy helped with those as well, then she started getting mice. She says that it's such a good feeling to be able to release the animals that would have died without assistance.
