Darenda I.

When Darenda was a little girl, her dad worked on high lines. On occasion he would bring home orphaned babies and they would raise and release them. This is how Darenda's love of wildlife began. About 10 years ago a momma raccoon was killed and the next day Darenda heard babies crying. There were 3 babies, just 2 weeks. She took them home and cared for them, then finally released back into the wild when they were ready. At that point Darenda knew it was her calling. She has been rehabilitating wildlife ever since.
