Estelle had a love for animals since she was a child. As an adult, people in the neighborhood would always bring lost or injured animals to her for care. She and her husband rescued a hummingbird with a broken wing and in the search to find professional help for the bird, Estelle found a wildlife rehabilitation organization which she then joined to pursue her passion for helping wildlife. In the midst of personal family tragedy, Estelle knew that her faith was strong and that she had to go on and find a new purpose. She says that she finds her greatest joy when she can rescue, rehabilitate and release these innocent wildlife babies back to their life of freedom as it was meant to be.
