Arianna M.
Arianna started at the Wildlife Clinic of Rhode Island just after she graduated from college in 2008 with a degree in Wildlife and Conservation Biology, as a seasonal technician. She became Director of Operations there in 2014 and rehabbed nearly every species of native animals in the state. She has always loved wildlife and helping animals so wildlife rehabilitation was a natural fit. In 2017 she moved to CT to be closer to family, and also became licensed there. Arianna is currently licensed in both RI and CT and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Wildlife Rehabilitators Asociation of Rhode Island. She has since turned her whole garage at her home in CT into her rehabilitation space so that she can better accommodate the animals that she receives for care. Arianna says that she is deeply committed to providing the highest quality care to those animals that she receives for help, as well as fostering a sense of compassion for our wild neighbors. To her, being a rehabber also means being and advocate and providing mentorship to those seeking to get into the field of wildlife rehabilitation in both Rhode Island and Connecticut. Let's get her the incubator she needs to continue this great work.
