LaDonna C.
LaDonna started this journey 18 years ago in upstate New York. She volunteered with a licensed wildlife rehabber for over 2 years and was studying for the exam when her husband needed to take an out of state transfer. She missed caring for all the animals but moving to a small, overgrown farm kept her very busy. Then LaDonna's two children came along. Fast-forward a few years. She and her daughter started studying for the wildlife rehabber exam together. They did their volunteer hours together. They built their outdoor cages together (her son helped too!). They took the test together and passed! LaDonna's daughter was given a practice test since she is under eighteen. In just a few years, when she is old enough, she will be ready to get her license too. LaDonna's dream of becoming a licensed wildlife rehabber has become her daughter's dream too. Let's get LaDonna the incubator she needs for the most fragile babies.
