Erinn W.

$475 of $475 raised

Erinn found a fledgling cardinal and raised her with the guidance of a local songbird rehabilitator. Then, she began volunteering for several years before applying for her own state license. With a background as a veterinary nurse, rehabilitating came easily to her and she found it challenging, rewarding and meaningful. In the spring of 2018, Erinn applied for an internship at the Sharon Audubon Center in Sharon, CT – one of the only National Audubon Society centers that has a rehabilitation program. She got the internship and loved it so much that she decided to move permanently to CT, and was lucky enough to get the internship rolled over into a part-time position. It is a temporary job, but she is so grateful to be able to do what she loves! Let's get Erinn the incubator she needs to care for the most fragile babies.
