How has your first Baby Warm incubator helped you?
The night before the incubator came, I got a baby wren in. He's the only one in there, but it's so much better than a tote and heating pad!

How will this additional incubator help?
I pick up lots of cold and dehydrated babies. Having them warmed when I get home, I can go ahead and start rehydration instead of losing valuable time getting them warm after the drive.
