Derek B.

Derek was the type of child who would stop at nothing to help an animal he felt was in need. He'd sit for hours to coax at animal to come out, or stop to help an injured bird on the side of the road. Derek started rehabbing as a way to help more animals. He spent time working in vet clinics and dog daycares but felt he was not doing enough. Those animals had families that could help take care of them but the wildlife didn't. He feels a responsibility to help those animals that can't help themselves.
