How has your first Baby Warm incubator helped you?
It has been fairly quiet so far but I just had a call on a cottontail rabbit that had been on a pond for an undetermined amount of time. The incubator was such a blessing to slowly warm him up. Baby season is fast approaching and I recall all the little ones I had last year so I feel very blessed to have equipment to better assist me with their survival.
How will this additional incubator help?
Last year I went out on a call. The caller described a baby squirrel and they were 45 minutes from my home. I arrived and it was about 1/2 the size of my thumb and was a little pink opossum. It was the longest 45 min ride back home to try and save this little guy. I cannot tell you how many times you go out and your call ends up being for something so teeny tiny. This device is the difference between survival and death.
