Teresa found a baby squirrel that was around 4 weeks old. She knew nothing about them so she researched nonstop on how care for the baby. She taught herself everything she could, had success with that squirrel and other babies in need, and that's how she fell in love with rehabbing squirrels. Teresa says that being able to help orphaned squirrels is what brings her true happiness. She has signed up as a sub-permittee and looks forward to many years of helping babies in need.
