Jessica is a certified veterinary technician who enjoys learning about all animals and how to care for them. She believes all life is special and enjoys helping injured and orphaned babies heal, grow, and make it back to the wild. She began volunteering to help wildlife years ago, and this is her first year with her own permit. Jessica says that wildlife rehabilitation has given her many new friends and a wealth of education. And, as a Veterinary Technology teacher, the baby season fills up her time during summer break and it's very rewarding.
