I worked in the pet industry for over 20 years. When asked to help a wild baby I met my first rehabbers. I was shocked and saddened to see the lack of resources for wildlife compared to pets. My heart went out to these beautiful creatures and I changed course devoting my time to the wilds. I’ve taken many classes and volunteered many hours to ensure the animals in my care can be returned to the outdoors.
