Animals have always been a passion of Amy's and her current paid position is at an animal hospital. She started volunteering with a friend who is a licensed rehabilitator when she needed to go away for a weekend and Amy fell in love with helping wildlife. Now the two friends work together to help orphaned and injured wildlife get back to the wild. Amy cares for squirrels, opossums, raccoons, rabbits, fisher cats and woodchucks. Amy hopes that her passion will reach even more people and encourage others to care for these vulnerable animals. Whether it be donating their time, supplies, etc, anything helps!
