Bonnie S.
When Bonnie was young, she was that child who always seemed to find an animal in need. Her mom was so supportive of Bonnie's love of wildlife so she found a program through Roaring Brook Nature Center where she could learn more about what is needed to take care of animals. Though Bonnie never lost her love for helping animals, she chose teaching children about nature in preschool/pre-k programs. When she had her second child she left teaching and became a stay at home mom, but her heart always ached to get back to animals in need. Bonnie decided to become a wildlife rehabilitator and returned to Roaring Brook Nature Center to volunteer and learn -- lots of learning! She knew in her heart that she could do it and she did. Let's get her in the incubator she needs to care for the babies.
