Chris M.
Chris has always loved animals of all sorts. After she rescued an injured cardinal in the snow, she met a fellow rehabber who shared her compassion for wildlife. Chris later discovered that that she had known that rehabber's family for over 25 years. And so it began. The rehabber taught Chris how to care for newborn and injured birds. She also taught Chris that while she treats all animals, birds have less advantage because of their size. Chris began specializing in birds as a result, especially Starlings and Grackles. She has created a rehab room for them with artificial trees, real wood branches, and a huge tray with fresh water so many can freely bathe at a time. Let's get her the incubator she needs to care for the most fragile babies.
