I've always been one to help animals, whether they be domestic or wild. When I found out we had a local wildlife rehab when I rescued some baby opossums. The following year I was an apprentice. I did two years as an apprentice, then 2020-2021 I was a first and second year general rehab licensee, and 2022 marks my first year as an official general rehab licensee. As volunteers rehabbing wildlife can get expensive and there are always new tools that would highly benefit out capabilities. Normally we utilize heating pads, but an incubator would be a game changer, especially for opossums when you are trying to mimic the pouch as best you can.
