How has your first Baby Warm incubator helped you?
Explaining about all lives it helped me save is a given. More than anything my incubator has given me a great sense of comfort knowing my little ones are in an envirnoment that is regulated so they dont use up energy needed to heal. No more worries of over heated or cold babies. A rehabber that has to spend time worrying and constantly checking on temperatures is using up vital time which could be spent doing other tasks.
How will this additional incubator help?
Often the resources to warm my babies is not readily available. Like a microwave to warm a waterbottle, saline bag….. Being in New England I am often faced with cold babies and being able to plug in an incubator while enroute to a rescue would be a great help. This new portable incubator will be a huge benefit in rescuing the most fragile of our wildlife that are counting on us to help them.
