Colleen has always been an animal lover, and grew up with pets. She started volunteering after meeting a wildlife rehabber at an expo and got sucked in by the photos of baby animals. She strongly feels that humans are the cause of huge numbers of injured and orphaned wildlife, so we owe it to them to give them the best shot at survival.
