Corrie has been a labor and delivery nurse for years but had to resign due to a new disability. She knew she needed a new purpose and remembered the Keeper of the Wild rehab center where she had volunteered over the years. She contacted the center and has been training to become a wildlife rehabber ever since - starting with squirrels and raccoons and soon she'll train with opossums as well. She's so happy to be able to put her lifelong love of animals to such great use.
