Dana found a raccoon laying on the side of the road. The commercial mower was coming and she knew that it would be killed. She picked it up and later found out that NC does not allow rabies vector species to be rehabilitated. They confiscated the animal and killed it. [comment from Baby Warm removed because it contained way too much swearing]. Since then Dana moved to SC and has rehabilitated over 200 animals in 3 years. Because that's what decent humans do to help wildlife in need. Let's get Dana the incubator she needs to care for the most fragile babies.
