How has your first Baby Warm incubator helped you?
I have been able to raise several litters of very tiny "pinkie" opossum orphans that I would otherwise struggle to keep at a stable temperature and humidity – when they are that small they do not crawl away if temperatures get too warm or too cold on a heating pad and can easily overheat or chill. It's been such a relief to be able to set a temperature and put the babies in there and know they'll be safe and comfortable, and not have to be constantly checking and adjusting to make sure they are staying at the right temperature.

How will this additional incubator help?
I work a full time job in addition to rescuing wildlife, and this means I'm often transporting tiny babies that need frequent feedings with me on a 30-45 minute commute every day. I've used heating pads plugged in with an adapter to my cigarette lighter, but that risks heating or chilling the smallest babies that aren't able to move away if it gets too hot (and checking the temperature and adjusting babies while driving in rush hour traffic at 60+ mph is not a good idea! I admit nothing.) I've reluctantly opted most of the time to leave the smallest babies at home and let them go hungry (9-10 hours at a stretch – they adapted, tough little doobers, but it was far from ideal) rather than the more severe risk of putting them through a lot of temperature fluctuations – a portable incubator would allow me to bring them along safely.
