My journey of the rehabilitation of neonatal animals started at home when my pet bunny gave birth and abandoned one of the babies. I took it in and dropper fed it and now she is 4 years old. Once it was known that I saved a bunny people would contact me regarding nests of bunnies in their yards that an animal had disturbed. I have rehabbed and released a lot of cotton tail bunnies, one of the hardest to save. I have also rehabbed several racoons. This year I got to experience rehabbing opossums and learning how to tube feed. With this donation I can provide the appropriate environment for the tiny babies that I currently keep warm on a heating pad. It is very fulling to take in these animals that would not have a chance otherwise. Please help me reach my goal.
