Echo always loved all animals and started volunteering at a local shelter at 14. Now as an adult, she fosters and rehabilitates domestic animals for local humane societies, so naturally wanting to help wildlife came next. Not long ago, she passed a family of raccoons that had unfortunately been run over. She noticed that one of the babies (about 3 months old) was still alive so she immediately picked it up and took it to a local rehabber. Echo loved seeing the difference these rehabbers were making and wanted to become a part of something like that. She contacted a local rehabilitation group, started volunteering and hasn't stopped since. Her dream is to one day run her own wildlife rehabilitation and rescue center.
