Evelyn's first wildlife rehabbing experience was helping a baby mallard. She found it to be her calling and since then has expanded to squirrels, raccoons, foxes, opossums, skunks, bats and songbirds - as many as 600 each year with the help of a network of local rehabbers. Now retired, and with 24 years of wildlife rehabbing experience, Evelyn and her husband devote themselves to the animals full time and absolutely love what they do.
