Grace V.
Even from a very young age, Grace was caring for animals in need. Grace's grandparents are responsible for creating an appreciation for nature and wildlife in both Grace and her mother. They taught the family to value nature, and encouraged curiosity as well as rehabilitation efforts. Grace's dad has always had a deep spiritual appreciation for nature as well, and that constantly inspired Grace as a kid, like wind in her sails. She grew up and continued finding things in nature (as well as domestic and farm animals) that needed care. She dedicated her time to helping them whenever she could. Today, Grace is executive director and naturalist at Mulberry Hill Wildlife, an organization she and her husband started. Their mission is “To awaken the Spirit through Nature connection, conservation, education, and appreciation for all Life.” Grace so looks forward to helping care for wildlife in need. An incubator will mean that she can help care for little creatures that need a warm place to heal and grow.
