I often receive raptors that have been hit by cars or have run into windows. These types of impacts often cause head trauma. We also get young baby raptors that are not able to thermoregulate. Having these incubators not only allows us to use these incubators for heat, but also allows us to give supplemental oxygen in those cases where birds are dealing with respiratory issues.
