I guess you could say the passion to rehab wildlife fell from a tree. I was standing under an old cottonwood tree, and something fell out of the tree and hit me on the head, there on the ground lay a sweet baby owl, I scooped the baby up in my jacket and started to look for help. My neighbor ran a wildlife rehab center and she gladly took him in, she had me help her triage and set him up so he was warm and safe. I was 17 yrs old and that's the day I became hooked on Wildlife Rehabbing, I began volunteering after school and on weekends and have been involved in Wildlife rehabbing ever since that day, thanks to the little Owl.
