Jacqueline's family has always rescued anything breathing, but she finally got the opportunity about 5 years ago to work with a licensed rehabilitator. Her husband is an arborist so unfortunately with his work comes the destruction of nest and wildlife habitat. So, they try to rescue everything they find. They rehabilitate the squirrels and transport any other animal to someone who specializes in their care.
