Jaime B.
Ever since Jaime can remember, animals in need of help have always seemed to find their way to her. Jaime's rehabbing career began when she was a teenager working in the pet dept. at a farm and garden store. She found two baby birds that fell out of the nest in the back warehouse. Finally, after about a week, she found an animal hospital with wildlife rehabilitators. They were looking for someone to help out, and handed Jaime a baby squirrel to feed on her first day. She was in love! She received her state wildlife license less than a year later. Now, almost 16 years later, she is still doing wildlife rehab and loving it. She loves educating the public about wildlife, being given the opportunity to save these animals that otherwise would have died, and what she finds the most rewarding is when she gets to release them back into the wild.
