Jamie has been helping animals pretty much her whole life. She says that it is, and has always been, a desire of her heart. An injured fawn found its way into Jamie's backyard and prompted her to get her license to rehabilitate wildlife full time. That fawn recovered, grew up healthy and happy, and Jamie has been caring for wildlife ever since -- deer, rabbits, opossums, raccoons, squirrels, skunks, foxes, beaver, chipmunk, coyote, bobcat, otters, and more. In addition to caring for animals, Jamie's goal is to raise her grandchildren to be tenderly loving and caring for all animals so that maybe they can continue her journey some day.
