Nina's husband was always rescuing abandoned or injured animals on the job and bringing them home. After 16 years of it, Jina decided to make it official and became a licensed rehabber. In a state that euthanizes any and all baby animals if a rehabber is not available, she's one of only two rehabbers who could desperately use some help. Jina cares for squirrels, raccoons, bunnies and opossums - mostly neonatal little ones. In between caring for the babies she answers calls from all over the county for wildlife help and does her best to educate people on the necessity of caring for wildlife.
